How to Fix Occasional Buffering
1. Reboot your home Wi-Fi router.
2. In your player settings, switch video decoder to Hardware (HW+).

Refreshing the TV Guide (EPG)
In TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro, go to Settings → EPG → Update EPG. Our server refreshes TV schedule feeds every 4 hours automatically.
Playlist / Login Error
Verify that there are no accidental spaces in your Server URL, Username, or Password. If issues persist, message our 24/7 WhatsApp desk for an instant reset.
